Requirements

Parental agreement to:

• Support the child care through regular tuition payments.
• Abide by the decision of the child care director should circumstances require a request exemption from all or part of the obligations.
• Participate in the children's program through parent-teacher conferences so that we can more effectively partner in the education of your child. Without your help, we can accomplish very little. It is very important that you reinforce our teaching by your own interest in the development of your child.
• To complete all the forms necessary for acceptance.
• It is suggested to comply with the Vaccination Schedule advised by the Government.

Children must manifest the ability to follow and adapt to the philosophical approach of our child care program.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Parents that need full time child care.
• Siblings of children already in this child care or that have been in our care in the past.
• Parents that are referred by friends or by parents who have been in our child care in the past.
• Parents referred by Social Services.
• Parents that need part time child care services if there is an opening available.

Parents must agree to give active support to the educational values and goals of our child care program.

The Onionpatch Academy at its option, may change, delete, suspend, or discontinue parts or the policy in its entirety, at any time without prior notice.

All records pertaining to the child shall be kept current. Any changes in address or telephone numbers, as well as other pertinent changes, must be reported to the administrative personnel. Any permanent changes in authorized pickup persons must be made on the official form. Parents are required to fill out a new updated information form once a year. Other forms may be updated as required by Department of Health or Department of Child and Family Services.
